Description
A simple & quick BLW recipe for baby led weaning blueberry waffles which can be enjoyed by the whole family as a breakfast/snack. Share these blueberry waffles with your toddler, older baby or young kids.
Ingredients

- 75 grams blueberries
- 250 grams flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 350ml milk
- 15g melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, melted butter, egg, milk and whisk until smooth.
- Blend or finely chop the blueberries and fold into the batter mix.
- Use a ladle to spoon the mixture (which should be relatively runny) onto the waffle maker. (One ladle will make approximately one waffle depending on the size of your waffle maker)
- Cook on the waffle maker for 8 minutes, or until it is starting to brown.
- Repeats steps three and four until the mixture is all used up.
