Description

Discover these cheese-a-licious baby cheese muffins which are absolutely dreamy. Simple to create and the perfect baby led weaning snack that will leave your baby or toddler wanting more!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 125 grams plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C and line a muffin tray
  2. Combine dry ingredients (flour, cheese, baking powder) in one bowl and wet ingredients (egg and milk) in a second bowl.
  3. Mix the two together until a lumpy mixture is formed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the lined muffin tin and place in the centre of the preheated oven.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. You can tell when the baby cheese muffins are ready as a skewer inserted into them will come out clean.
  6. Leave to cool fully before offering to baby.
