Description

Introduce your baby to brussel sprouts with this simple brussel sprout puree recipe. Perfect for baby's first tastes when following the traditional weaning or combination weaning methods!


Ingredients

  • 180 grams brussel sprouts
  • 60ml milk (breast, formula or whole milk)

Instructions

  1. Boil or steam the brussel sprouts until tender – around 15 – 20 minutes
  2. Once tender, add to a blender along with the milk and pulse until a puree forms
  3. Leave to cool completely before serving to baby
