Description

Discover this delicious leftover turkey curry recipe that the whole family will love. Simple to make using only a few ingredients!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • Leftover turkey
  • 1 Tin of tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried cumin
  • 1 tsp dried coriander
  • organic garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • Rice
  • Naan bread to serve
  • Fresh coriander to serve

Instructions

  1. Set up your slow cooker and add all ingredients except the coconut milk, rice, naan and fresh coriander.
  2. Stir everything together, pop the lid on and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  3. Before serving, add the tin of coconut milk, stir to incorporate and leave for a further 10 minutes or so.
  4. Serve alongside rice, naan bread and sprinkle some finely chopped fresh coriander on top.
