A healthy and nutritious baby led weaning breakfast idea. These baby led weaning pumpkin pancakes are so simple and quick to create!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until a batter is formed.
- Heat a frying pan on the hob and spray the pan with oil.
- Once the pan is hot, use a ladle to spoon in the batter: one ladle = one pancake.
- Leave to cook for around two minutes and then flip.
- Cook on the other side for a further 1-2 minutes.
- Stack on a plate and continue the process until all the batter is gone.
- Leave to cool before serving to baby.
