Description

A healthy and nutritious baby led weaning breakfast idea. These baby led weaning pumpkin pancakes are so simple and quick to create!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until a batter is formed.
  2. Heat a frying pan on the hob and spray the pan with oil.
  3. Once the pan is hot, use a ladle to spoon in the batter: one ladle = one pancake.
  4. Leave to cook for around two minutes and then flip.
  5. Cook on the other side for a further 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stack on a plate and continue the process until all the batter is gone.
  7. Leave to cool before serving to baby.
