Description

Deliciously creamy sweet potato mash for babies. The perfect accompaniment to a roast dinner or a simple side dish for any other evening meal

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 20 grams butter
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small chunks.
  2. Boil your kettle and pop the sweet potato into a large saucepan. Cover with boiling water and boil with the lid on for 15-20 minutes until completely soft.
  3. Drain the water and add garlic to taste. Stir in the knob of butter and then either mash with a masher or blend with a handheld blender to create a thick puree.
  4. Serve.
