Description

Delicious baby led weaning sweet potato fries, the perfect finger food for your baby! Forget traditional fries and get those veggies into your baby with these yummy sweet potato fries for babies!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sweet potato (around 150 grams)
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C and get a baking tray ready. Spray some frylight (cooking oil) onto the tray.
  2. Peel your sweet potato and then cut it into sticks – place on the baking tray.
  3. Combine olive oil, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl, then use a brush to coat this mixture onto the fries. Make sure you coat the whole fry.
  4. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully turn each fry and then return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool completely before serving to your baby.
