Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil gently in the microwave until it becomes liquid
- Blitz the oats in the food processor until it becomes oatmeal
- In a bowl add oats, a mashed banana, milk, coconut oil, chia seeds and a handful of blueberries
- Combine thorough and mash a little with a fork to squish the blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 170C and line a muffin tin with silicone muffin cases.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop up the oaty mixture and use your hands to roll into a ball.
- Place all twelve balls in each individual muffin case and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- The balls should be soft when you remove from the oven, but will harden slightly upon cooling.
- Leave to cool completely before serving to your baby.
