Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C (fan)
- Spray the muffin tin with frylight or oil spray (you can use muffin cases instead)
- Add three eggs to a bowl and whisk.
- Add your ingredients. These can include finely chopped or pureed veg, cheese, sliced ham or shredded chicken.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into six equal portions in the muffin tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Leave to cool fully before serving to your baby,
