Description
Quick, easy and healthy chicken noodles for toddlers. Jam packed full of veggies, this recipe will take less than 15 minutes to prepare and will be gobbled up just as quickly by your toddler!

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 mushrooms
- 8 green beans
- half a yellow bell pepper
- 4 florets of broccoli
- 1 nest of egg noodles
- 100 grams cooked chicken breast
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 lime
Instructions
- Boil the kettle to get the water ready for cooking the noodles.
- Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan or wok.
- Add the water to a saucepan, place the nest of noodles in it and boil for six minutes.
- Chop the veggies up (as per the instructions in the blog post) and add them to the frying pan/wok.
- As they fry, add soy sauce, honey, Chinese five spice and the zest of your lime.
- Throw the chicken in the frying pan and combine thoroughly. Add the juice of the lime.
- Once the noodles have cooked, drain them and add to the frying pan and stir fry for another minute or so, until everything is well combined. You may need an extra few sprinkles of soy sauce.
- Serve in bowls and leave to cool for a little while before serving to young toddlers.
