[AD] Today on the blog I’m talking about heavy periods and how as many as one in five women are affected by them. Are you one of the one in five? If so, you’ll understand all about the pain and suffering that come along with them: the migraines, the stomach cramps, the anxiety of not wanting to leave the house incase there’s a leak…the list is endless. I’m working alongside Wear White Again to give women like us the confidence to talk about this sometimes taboo subject and most importantly seek help from our GPs, because we don’t need to suffer any in silence anymore! I’d love to hear your stories and experiences so feel free to comment below, on the blog (CLICK LINK IN BIO) or send me a DM and together we can raise awareness of this debilitating and often traumatic monthly occurrence. I’ve found it really liberating talking about my story on the blog today and I hope if I can encourage just one woman to speak to her GP about this, I’ve done something positive. #wearwhiteagain #oneinfive #painfulperiods #painfulmenstruation #periodpain #heavyperiods #timetotalk #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #womensproblems #taboosubjects #endometriosis #wombworries #femaleempowerment #womanpower #girlpower #womenshealth #periodstories #periodsbelike #periodstruggles #periodssuck #heavyperiodsarentnormal #femalepower #periodtalk #letstalkperiods #periodpower

AD ❤️ Happy 27 weeks little bump. I can’t believe how quickly time is going and fast you have started growing these past few days. I’ve been looking after you recently with the help of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks. I largely avoided stretch marks during my last pregnancy but they suddenly appeared in the months that followed as I started losing some of my baby weight. This time I’m determined to keep up with a regular moisturising routine and this gorgeous lotion is perfect for making me feel pampered and relaxed. Available at @superdrug @sainsburys and @bootsuk #momtobe #mumtobe #secondpregnancy #pregnancy #pregnant #27weeks #27weekspregnant #pregnancydiary #pregnancylife #pregnancyphoto #pregnantlife #pregnant_world #pregnantmom #dueindecember #duedecember2018 #pregnantmum #bumpdate #babybump #babybelly #pregnancysymptoms #secondtrimester #stretchmarks #stretchmarkcream #PALMERSSQUAD #bumpshot
